If there is a customer call, a partner opportunity, or an Oracle conversation to be had, Rick is usually already on it. He owns sales, customer relationships, and the Oracle partnership, and he is the fastest line between OAN and the people who need us.

Arul runs the OAN India delivery organization the way a founder runs their first team. Architect by training, coach by habit. Every offshore engagement runs through him, and every team member knows it.
